Role Play Actor and Assessor - Tom Girvin

Originally from Norwich, Tom moved to London to further his professional acting career. He trained at The Poor School, King’s Cross.
Prior to training as an actor, Tom worked in the housing sector for over seven years, first with Circle Housing Group’s commercial and leasehold department, and later with Camden Council’s asset management team. In his spare time he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying through the College of Estate Management, specialising in commercial real estate.
Tom’s corporate acting experience includes: forum theatre, customer role play and improvisation, corporate film, and providing detailed written, face-to-face and on-camera feedback to employees and delegates.
Tom is a trustee of The Maddermarket Theatre, Norwich, where he first discovered his passion for acting. He is a keen yogi and plays the piano, but like Mr Darcy, ‘we neither of us perform to strangers’.
