The TDRP ship is steered by MD – Simon Morgan, who is not only a trained professional Actor/Presenter himself, with a passion and pride in his work that is instilled in all TDRP actors, but a fully trained Sales professional with a track record to boot.
He has been a sales trainer, assessor and experienced Role Play Actor for 20 years, making TDRP the ideal choice.
Charlotte Milchard
Operations Manager
Charlotte has been an integral part of Training Day Role Play from the very beginning, joining in 2011.
As Operations Manager, Charlotte is responsible for the active and ever-changing booking schedule amongst many other operational duties. When she isn’t in the office, Charlotte can be found at one of our client sites, as one of TDRP’s most senior and experienced actor / facilitators.
Degree graduated from Italia Conti London, Charlotte has gained multiple film credits, including Universal Pictures’ The Fourth Kind playing the real Dr Abigail Tyler.
Andrew Sova (aka Spiff)
IT / Communications Manager
Spiff manages the TDRP IT infrastructure, including developing and maintaining the TDRP website. He also supports the business with graphics and print design.
Having graduated in Cybernetics and Control Theory (don’t ask!), Spiff has over 30 years experience in IT, and in a previous life worked for some of the largest financial institutions on the planet, implementing derivatives trading systems.
Spiff has also worked for over 20 years in the Arts, designing marketing collateral for theatre and film productions.
Stephanie Wickmere
Office Assistant
Stephanie is a professional actress and presenter originally from Norfolk. She trained at the University of Gloucestershire and has recently moved to London to further her career.
Lucy Avison
Client Services: Manchester / North West
Lucy studied Business at De Montfort University graduating in 2005 and upon graduation gained a place on the Graduate programme for Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank where she worked in Marketing, Websites and Internet Banking.
Sioned Jones
Training Consultant
As well as a being a successful actress for over 25 years, Sioned has also worked in the Charity, Public & Private sectors: the breadth and depth of her experience makes her uniquely placed to understand the rigours of a variety of workplaces and styles. She is an experienced writer and deviser and has designed several bespoke courses for different clients.
Judith Quin
Training Consultant
Judith is part of the senior TDRP acting, facilitation and coaching team and has been with us from the very beginning. The ultimate go to role play actor who more than delivers at whatever she does.
Judith is also an award winning vocal and confidence coach, a successful author and Video blogger and a live event speaker.
Judith is the lead trainer for TDRP One Day Corporate acting workshops in association with The London Actors workshop.
Amy Milchard
Marketing and Client Relations
Contributing to the business growth strategy, Amy brings her experience of running her own successful virtual assistant business and as a partner in two other businesses, into the TDRP UK marketing strategy. Amy has a particular focus on engagement, content and B2B marketing.
