Rupi has been acting from the age of seven, attending weekend classes at the Old Rep Theatre in Birmingham and in 2004, he became a graduate of the esteemed Rose Bruford Drama School. Rupi has over twenty years of experience working on stage, screen and radio for companies such as BBC, The Birmingham Rep, Belgrade Theatre, Tamasha and Rifco Theatre. He still gets recognised for his first ever TV role in CBBC’s ‘Brum’!
Recent work includes filming commercials for clients in diverse sectors such as Retail, Property and the Automotive Industry, and later this year Rupi will be seen as Girish in BBC horror series Red Rose.
Rupi is an experienced role player and facilitator and takes pride in having exceptional communication skills. Rupi provides a high level of enthusiasm and positivity to all his work ensuring everyone feels engaged and comfortable with his performances.
As a role player he has worked for NHS staff, Teachers, social workers and the Metropolitan police, both in person and also in training videos. He loves supporting individuals with their personal and professional development.
