Rebecca is a Singaporean Chinese actress and roleplay actor facilitator whose experience is comprised of corporate roleplay for training, and theatre based learning and development, both in the UK and globally. She has been involved with a variety of successful pilot training programmes, and has lent her feedback to the development of new materials and training programmes.
Rebecca is experienced in a range of training areas which include Giving and Receiving Feedback, One to one coaching, Negotiation skills, Difficult conversations, Cultivating creativity/Spontaneity in the workplace, Leadership, Personal Impact. Her interest lies in developing and delivering session content which tackles effective leadership through difficult conversations, as well as utilising forum theatre for learning. Recent client sectors include consumer goods, local government, higher education. Other client work includes finance, publishing construction, media and automotive sectors.
Her background in events hosting and as emcee at high profile events, which in the past have also included embassy delegates, has led her to ensure that her client’s needs are met consistently and the brief delivered to satisfaction.
As an actor and improviser working on stage and screen for BBC, Fox Asia, as well as being a qualified teacher and Speech and Drama teacher, having taught in both Singapore and South Africa, Rebecca also does extensive voice work for Audible, BBC Drama and a number of video games.
