Ryan trained at the Birmingham School of Acting winning a nationally-recognised DaDA Scholarship Award. He has wide experience of working in commercial theatre, educational theatre and film as well as using forum theatre in criminal justice, educational and corporate settings.
Ryan has extensive and in-depth experience of training and facilitation work in all of these areas. The central theme of his work has been using drama as tool to look at, explore and ultimately support behavioural change.
In the course of his role-play and forum theatre work, Ryan has worked with a variety of client groups ranging from judges during conflict resolution training to offenders in prisons on rehabilitation programmes.
Ryan is a strong believer in the transformative potential of drama techniques and role play to promote positive change and facilitate personal development.
