Rebecca has close to 20 years experience of drama-based training and assessment.
In that time she has worked with clients across many sectors: everything from Big 4 Accountancy firms, Investment Banks and Pharmaceuticals to Government Departments and Rail Operating Companies. Subjects covered have included performance management, negotiation, influencing, customer service and coaching and she has played people at every level from the CEO to the newest junior team member or the most irate customer.
She is highly skilled in scripted and improvised scene work, forum theatre, real-plays and roleplays for both Development and Assessment centres. She often facilitates forum theatre sessions, and runs her own break out groups.
She is also familiar with many different training models and personality profiling systems.
