Karen is an actor and writer based in south east London.
She graduated from Queen Mary University in 2011 with a First Class Honours degree in Drama, and then from Drama Studio London in 2015 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Acting. She has performed both classical and contemporary pieces on stages including The Bush, Theatre Royal Stratford East and Shakespeare’s Globe.
Karen has over 10 years of experience as a roleplayer in a wide range of settings; including the state educational system, medical training, OSCE examinations, the British Army and in running forum theatre style workshops for people in recovery from substance and alcohol abuse.
Karen is a warm, friendly and proactive person, and is great at thinking on her feet. She is confident with improvisation and devising, so is happy to stick to the structure of a script or adapt and go with the flow of a session.
