Michael has been a professional actor on stage, screen and television for almost 12 years.
His TV credits include repeat appearances on Coronation St, Ackley Bridge, Trying Again and Lunch Monkeys. He stars in two British Film Institute Films being released this year: Tyresome and Fargate. Prior to his acting success Michael had a very successful corporate career in project and change management for 35 years continually with blue chip international companies including AXA, Provincial Insurance, Santander and latterly as a Project Director in £40m plus leisure and retail construction projects for Monaghans.
His broad experience also includes all aspects of management including recruitment; disciplinary; appraisals and feedback including 360 degree; training and development including innovative executive scenario challenges incorporating forum theatre. His regular and repeat role play experience over the last 11 years incorporates all of the above in corporate training and presentation, plus medical including psychology exams as well as general medical and pastoral care; barrister training and examination; health & safety (offices, engineering and building site).
Michael’s actor training includes the world renowned improvisation mecca of Second City in Chicago which when combined with his broad corporate experience proves vital in his Forum Theatre / Hot Seating performances. His extensive theatre experience brings the discipline and team work critical to top professional standard role play training. His flexibility in corporate role play ranges from blue collar, middle management through to Board Level exec.
