Joseph is a lead facilitator, actor and an enthusiastic legal professional with over 20 years in the commercial and consulting legal sector and a proven ability to work and communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
He trained as an actor with IDSA and has facilitated professional development courses in Europe and the Middle East, training legal teams, senior medical professionals and directors of small, medium and large companies. His effective communication skills are based around providing a space for conversations to unfold. He listens beyond what is being said, coaching the individual to distinguish issues and focus on discerning effective resolutions, which leads to individuals experiencing a growth in their confidence and capabilities, as well as the ability to discover and hone their professional curiosity and aspirations.
Professional Experience: he studied Law and Economics at the University of Keele, worked as a research assistant for a leading city firm in Brussels and completed his commercial training in the city of London. He was a founding partner of a communication consultancy which provided professional services to technology, travel and marketing firms. During this time, he trained in leading transformational conversations with an international training and development company. He went on to establish and manage a commercial legal practice, achieving the Lexcel accreditation. He has consulted for the African Development Bank and has helped and inspired individuals and companies to embrace and overcome their challenges and to thrive in difficult environments and times.
