Anja is a Swiss actor based in London. She trained at Drama Studio London and the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. Before that she had acting training in Freiburg (Germany) and her home town Interlaken (Switzerland). Her training included an intensive module in corporate acting, screen work, voice over work, stage acting with performances at the Globe Theatre and Soho Theatre as well as movement and voice classes.
She has been working as a voice over artist since graduating drama school. Her work mainly includes corporate voice over as well as ADR in film post-production such as Your Christmas or Mine 2 on Amazon Prime. In 2023 she was the lead in an experimental short film that was screened at several film festivals. Anja performs as a Spoken Word Artist with her original work and her poetry has also been published.
She is fluent in English, German and Swiss German and speaks conversational French and Spanish.
Anja plays the guitar and is an experienced singer. She is a trained Mental Health First Aider and applied this training in her role as a facilitator of journalling sessions that were part of Spotlight’s Well-being Series. She used tools she has learnt from corporate role play in previous customer-based jobs to improve the customer service of her team.
