Peter trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Originally from Darlington, County Durham, he is now based in Beverley, East Yorkshire.
Over the past fifteen years he has built up a reputation as a versatile, dynamic and highly skilled actor and voiceover artist.
As an actor he has worked at the Royal Shakespeare Company, for Shakespeare’s Globe, and appeared in the West End on multiple occasions. His diligent and collaborative approach has consistently led to return invitations from directors, casting directors and producers.
His work as a voiceover artist has seen him lend his voice to a number of popular audio books, most notably Chris Hirst’s best-selling, award winning title ‘No Bullsh*t Leadership’ and its acclaimed sequel, ‘No Bullsh*t Change’.
Peter is a credible role player, comfortable working in both scripted and improvised scenarios, and adept at giving clear, constructive and effective feedback. He boasts a wealth of medical roleplay experience, having worked as a simulated patient at several leading UK medical schools.
Away from his work as an actor and role-player, he boasts a wealth of ‘real life’ work experience, and is particularly familiar with the education, events, and leisure and tourism sectors.
His empathy, emotional intelligence and genuine passion for helping people to improve allows him to get the best out of people and make a positive impact in their professional lives.
