Role Play Actor and Assessor - Sushil Chudasama

Sushil trained as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and has been appearing in TV, film, theatre and radio regularly since graduating in 1998.

His role play work has been extensive working in the medical sector; in universities working with social care students and graduates; behaviour management and dealing with disciplinary issues; welfare in the form of Personal Independent Payments (PIP’s); plus training 3rd tier detectives for Merseyside Police.

Starting in August 2018 Sushil has a weekly show on BBC Radio Lancashire co-presenting the Lancashire Arts ‘n’ Culture Show (LA’n’CS). Sushil has always enjoyed conversing and and is a very effective communicator which is why he has been able to adapt to different mediums within the industry. Sushil has also been teaching acting to adults in evening classes for several years which has contributed to him having strong leadership qualities.

Over the last few years Sushil has also branched out into directing theatre productions and secured a place last year on the renowned Regional Theatre Young Director Scheme (RTYDS) at the Oldham Coliseum and is very comfortable working with large groups and motivating them.
