Role Play Actor and Assessor - Fiona Steele

With 12 years experience of corporate training Fiona has worked for numerous companies (sectors include Energy, Transport, Government and I.T.) on a wide range of projects including effective communication skills, behavioural change and leadership training. She has experience in the use of Transactional Analysis, Insights and coaching models such as GROW and the Coaching Continuum and has also worked on assessment centres for several clients including national government and regulatory bodies. She has acted in numerous corporate films for companies in the Telecommunications, Finance/Banking, Transport, Automotive and Charitable sectors.

Fiona has been a professional actress for over 20 years working predominantly in theatre appearing in plays, musicals and pantomimes throughout the UK. Her favourite part would have to be that of Phyllis Nirdlinger, the murderess in Double Indemnity. She has also worked in television, adverts and voice overs and is a classically trained singer having studied at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama in Glasgow.
